WOW, my dress arrived this morning, I chose the black option. It’s so beautiful and was just what I was looking for for my holidays, I love the fabric and it’s of great quality and fits perfectly. I ordered the small and I think it’s true to size with a relaxed fit, perfect for very warm evenings. I’m only 5’1” and was praying it wouldn’t bury me, I needn’t have worried, I’m going to get some shoes first before I decide if I will shorten it slightly, depending on the heel size. I messaged before I bought the dress to ask about length and Jackie responded very quickly and was so helpful and the order arrived extremely quickly. I ordered this dress in a M/L.
It arrived really quickly and was well packaged and the dress was beautiful.
I tried it on, but unfortunately it was too big.
I contacted Jackie to ask about sizing for the smaller dress, but I thought it was going to be too small (I have a larger bust). However, after some emailing where Jackie was so responsive and helpful she offered to send me the other size. It arrived within a couple of days and it fits perfectly.
The dress and embroidery detail is just gorgeous I cant wait to wear it on my upcoming holiday.
I think it will be a new firm favourite.
I also want to say thank you for the great customer service, which seems to be lacking on so many other websites.
