RETURNS POLICY
EASY RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we’re giving you 14 days to decide whether you’d like to keep it. If within that time you decide it’s not right for you then, simply return the items, in their original packaging and with the tags attached, along with the original receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Please note the garment must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Have no makeup/false tan or other marks
Not smelling of smoke, vape, washing powder or perfume
If returning your item by post then you should usually receive your full refund within 14 days, although this may be longer during particularly busy periods.
We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us this must be paid by the customer. If your item is being returned because it is faulty, we will reimburse your postage in full.
Please post back to us with a returns form filled in. If you do not have this, please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and item details and a note with reason for return.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour or size ONLY. Please follow the process above, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the ‘Return Reason Code’ column on the returns form.
Please also indicate the colour/size you would like to receive in exchange for the item you are returning in the same column.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
If you want to exchange for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order. Exchanges can be made to UK orders ONLY.
If you need your exchange in a hurry, we also suggest you place a new order and send back the wrong size/colour for refund. .
